The information below outlines important details about bookings, cancellations, and general terms of use. These guidelines are here to ensure a clear and respectful process for us both.
Calm Horizons Counselling Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms: Payment is required prior to, or upon booking of a session. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. This can be done directly from the booking page of the Calm Horizons Counselling website.

2. Late Payment Policy: Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of services and additional recovery costs.
​
3. Service Details: All services provided are outlined on the 'Counselling' page of the Calm Horizons Counselling website at www.calmhorizonscounselling.com.au . Any additional services requested will incur extra charges as agreed upon prior to delivery.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee unless extenuating circumstances arise beyond one's control. Cansellations made within 24 hours of the session, will be charged at the full session rate. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of payment. Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.

6. Confidentiality: All personal and sensitive information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing counselling services.

7. Liability Limitation: Liability is limited to the cost of services provided. No further claims will be entertained beyond the amount invoiced.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
