That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation, giving you the space to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a feel for whether we’d work well together. This isn’t a therapy session—it’s simply a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. There’s no paperwork, no commitment, and no obligation. Just a chance for you to get to know me, and for me to learn about what you might need support with. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and it’s so important that you feel safe, understood, and comfortable with the person walking alongside you. Some people prefer a reflective, gentle approach; others may appreciate something more direct and practical. Our consultation helps us explore what feels right for you. If your concerns fall outside my scope or experience, I’ll always be honest with you and, where possible, guide you toward someone better suited.
