In-Person Sessions

Starting counselling can feel like a big step. Whether you’re coming for the first time or returning to it, you’re welcome to take things at your own pace.

This is a space to talk, reflect, and begin to make sense of things in a way that feels right for you.

A space to slow down and talk things through

Sometimes it helps to step out of your usual environment and into a space where you can pause, reflect, and focus on what’s important to you.
​In-person counselling offers a grounded, face-to-face experience where you can explore what’s been on your mind in a steady and supportive way.​

Sessions are held in Landsdale at:
Dordaak Kepup Innovation Hub

What you can expect

  • A relaxed, down-to-earth approach

  • Space to talk openly, at your own pace

  • Support to explore your thoughts and experiences

  • A steady, present-focused environment

There’s no pressure to have the “right” words - just space to show up as you are.​

​

In-person sessions can be helpful if you:

  • Prefer face-to-face connection

  • Want a separate space away from home or daily routines

  • Find it easier to engage when you’re physically present in session

Session details:

  • 50-minute individual sessions

  • Held in a private room in Landsdale

  • Available alongside online and Walk-and-Talk Therapy options
