DBT Skills is a creative collaboration with the multi-award-winning producer at Songwriter's Paradise  recording studio, bringing together evidence-based therapy and music in a way that’s engaging, memorable, and easy to return to.

This album has been thoughtfully designed to support skill retention, emotional regulation, and everyday well-being through sound.

Drawing from principles of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), the songs are crafted to be:
